Health & Safety at Work Regulations and Fire Regulations require that a risk assessment of the grease extraction system must be regularly undertaken. The results must be acted upon to eliminate or at the very least minimise the risk of fire. Our ventilation cleaning practices comply with HVCA TR19 standards as set out in the Heating & Ventilation Contractors Association – “Guide to Good Practice”.

Following each kitchen deep clean, SMC will provide the client with a Hygiene Certificate which is acceptable to Environmental Health Inspections, Fire Regulations and Insurance companies.
